Jomo Cosmos legend, Collen Tlemo, says club boss Jomo Sono is serving humble cakes to the doubters who wrote the club off.
Tlemo believes the football legend’s experience in advancing to the top division will give Ezenkosi a much-needed advantage over other GladAfrica championship teams.
Cosmos currently has 16 points, Sekhukhune United and JDR Stars are at the top of the table after 10 games.
After a few years in the premier league, many Cosmos fans are hoping this could be the year the team comes back to the top.

“J is a person who is very smart,” says Tlemo KickOff.com.
“People can count him and think he might be down and out, but I know he’s very streetwise. To get it right, people who labeled him a relegation candidate are eating humble cake right now.
“Let’s give him a chance. If he doesn’t stay at the top for the rest of the season, the playoffs are another chance for him to get promoted. My advice to them to take the pressure off their shoulders is to get one Win every game, especially at home.
“The team is also going to need a plan B, which is what it will do when the chips are down. You don’t have to play nice football to advance to the Premier League, you just have to work out the results. Cosmos’ secret has always been a strong one Defense. “
Tlemo admits that as a sales club, Ezenkosi has been kept from advancing to the PSL over the years.
“Yes, I agree, because like Bayern Munich they believe in young people. If, for example, Thabang Monare had stayed with Cosmos, the club would now be in the PSL. I know that the problem is sometimes the budget.”
