Ella Qiang: China has recognized that BSV is the only true Bitcoin project

The Bitcoin SV China Conference showed how strong the BSV community is in China. Although it was the first BSV conference in the country, those present streamed into the venue and filled it to the brim. Ella Qiang believes this is evidence of China’s great love for Bitcoin. Qiang attended the event and shared her views on what Bitcoin really means to the people of China in an interview with CoinGeek’s Stephanie Towers.

Qiang, the founder of CambrianSV, said, “I am very impressed with the overall setup and presentations for this event. The first official event of the Bitcoin Association [in China], and presented the various Chinese applications that have been built on the Bitcoin SV chain. “

In fact, developers in China were busy building applications for BSV. This includes ShowPay, a payment system that enables merchants to accept payments in BSV and other BSV-based tokens. ShowPay was one of the breakout stars at the Bitcoin Association’s Pitch Day opening event in Seoul. Another standout application is Weiblock, a social media application based on the BSV blockchain that enables content creators to earn money from their content.

The event also gave the audience an opportunity to “hear directly from Jimmy and Craig Wright regarding the latest Bitcoin SV developments and future plans,” she added.

China has established its place as a technology leader through both innovation and acceptance over the past few decades. It was no different with Bitcoin. People in China got used to it early on, even before other Western countries. However, by now they have realized that BSV is the only blockchain project that delivers Satoshi’s vision. This has led to a major exodus from other Bitcoin projects to BSV, Qiang said.

She stated, “China has had ingrained masses for Bitcoin in general from the get-go. A large part of this community realized that the large chunks of Bitcoin SV are the real path for the Bitcoin ecosystem. So I think it’s very natural that we have a sizable community for Bitcoin SV and I’ve seen the amount increase over time as well. “
