The takeover announced on Thursday by Barnett and ICM PARTNERS boss Chris Silbermann gives the entertainment giant in the US access to Stellar’s 800 athletes and opens the US market for Stellar’s customers.
It brings together the representatives of the English stars Mason Mount and Ben Chilwell as well as the entertainment giant who is responsible for looking after Samuel L. Jackson, Jerry Seinfeld and Michael Keaton.
“It was the right time and a great opportunity to build a global sports division for ICM,” Barnett told Sportsmail.

“All employees of the Stellar Group will switch to ICM Stellar Sports and continue to run the agency as before,” said a joint statement.
The New York Times reported in 2017 that Barnett was on the verge of selling Stellar, but a group of investors failed to raise funds for a deal worth more than $ 100 million.
Stellar, whose current contracts are close to $ 3 billion, has added NFL players to its client list for the past few years, and Bale was considering moving to MLS before finally opting to loan out this summer Return to Tottenham.
